Warranty and non-warranty repairs can be dropped off or shipped to our Belchertown shop.
Most repairs are completed within 10 business days, subject to replacement parts availability.
Please contact us BEFORE sending in any repair that will require EXPRESS service.
All shipped repairs will be return UPS Ground COD unless prior arrangements are made.

When scheduling On Site Service, be aware that the service may require the powering down of critical equipment, including House Light Systems. You will be charged for our time waiting around for an event to end, or a door to get unlocked in order to get to equipment. Please schedule our time accordingly.
Before we can go on site, we will need to contact someone who has PERSONALLY WITNESSED THE PROBLEM; Second or third hand information is often unreliable and can result in longer on site times.
It is your responsibility to provide a safe, LEGAL parking space for our service vehicles.
